Policy Rescue — Pilot Programme Terms

1. What This Pilot Involves

Policy Rescue is currently accepting a limited number of registered NDIS providers for a free Foundation Audit pilot. By applying and submitting your documents you agree to the following terms.

2. What You Provide

• Your actual current policy documents in their existing form
• Accurate information about your registration groups on the intake form
• A 15-minute feedback call after receiving your gap report
• A written testimonial if you are satisfied with the output

3. What You Receive

• A Foundation Audit gap analysis report at no cost — valued at $2,888 at full commercial price
• Your report delivered same day from receipt of your documents
• Every gap identified, classified by severity, and linked to the specific legislative obligation

4. What Policy Rescue Is

Policy Rescue is a compliance preparation tool for policy and procedure documents only. It is not an official NDIS audit and is not affiliated with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. The gap report does not constitute legal or compliance advice. You should review all outputs carefully to confirm they accurately reflect your organisation's actual operations before submitting to your auditor.

5. Your Documents

Your documents are processed securely through Policy Rescue's analysis pipeline for the purpose of generating your gap report. Your documents are not sold or shared with third parties and are not used to train any AI model. Documents are retained only as long as necessary to deliver your report.

6. No Obligation

You are under no obligation to purchase any product or service after the pilot. The 15-minute feedback call is conducted by the Policy Rescue founder and is not a sales call.

7. Limitation of Liability

Policy Rescue is provided as-is during the pilot phase. BH28 Digital Pty Ltd's liability in connection with the pilot is limited to the value of the service provided — which during the pilot is nil. We recommend seeking independent legal or compliance advice if you are uncertain about your obligations.
